As a Registered Training Organisation, you are accountable for the quality of training and assessment services provided by a Third Party. When your RTO engages the services of a third party for the performance of services, you must identify the approach the third party will take to ensure the services provided meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This pack, when implemented, will support your RTO to align to the revised Standards for RTO's planned for 2025, specifically, clause 4.2 and the Compliance Requirements.
