Version 4.15 updates CPD planning & reporting, induction, observation, performance review, workforce planning & personnel policies following NCVER's Strengthening teaching practice and psychosocial support report. Adds practical teaching changes, application time & support, evidence of effect, novice trainer mentoring & workload capacity checks.

Version 4.14 adds clearly labelled VRQA & WA TAC personnel, credential, supervision & third-party requirements, including current VRQA TAE40110 supplementary-unit requirements & separate future-framework provisions. Historical Changes tracked editions restored; current clean resources & versions unchanged.

Version 4.13 updates the Third-party Arrangements Policy for TasVET supplier & grant controls. The Supervision Plan adds credential-progress evidence & review fields where personnel work under direction while actively working towards an eligible training & assessment credential, informed by TAC Update Issue 123's trainer-credentials guidance. The Third-party Arrangements Policy also standardises Skills Tasmania Grant Agreement terminology against the September 2026 deed/manual.

Version 4.12 updates the Third-party Arrangements Policy to capture ongoing education agent commission reporting. Agent records support Finance reconciliation for each Department collection, with reporting coordinated through the Governance Framework, PEO approval, authorised PRISMS submission & retained evidence. Reporting does not authorise prohibited transfer commissions.

Version 4.11 updates the Third-party Arrangements Policy for applicable jurisdictional funding requirements. Workforce planning, capacity review & monitoring records add proportionate evidence & follow-up checks. Personnel, workforce, conflict of interest & working under direction audit tools integrate concise preparation fields, retaining original sampling content.

Version 4.10 updates education-agent onboarding & regular training in the Third-party Arrangements Policy for the Migration (Student Visa Applications to Be Made from outside Australia) Instrument 2026 (F2026L01348) & Migration Amendment (Student Visa Reform) Regulations 2026 (F2026L01347). Covers current study rights, visa application eligibility & location, the distinction from provider-transfer approval, & referral for authorised migration advice.

Version 4.9 of the resource has been updated for DEWR’s Principles to Guide Foundation Skills Assessment & ISO 9001:2026 – Quality management systems – Requirements, with updated personnel capability, psychosocial safety, recording & assessment integrity responsibilities.
