Managing Issuance of AQF Certification Documentation - RTO Manager Series
Activity
RTO MANAGER SERIES 2027 | OPERATIONS | WORKSHOP 29 OF 30
Protect the integrity of the documents that record learner achievement
Protect the integrity of formal learner outcomes through controlled completion verification, approval, issuance, replacement & correction.
Certification errors can arise from data, assessment status, identity, Credit Transfer, RPL or manual processing & can affect employment, licensing & further study. The management challenge is not simply to have a policy, form or procedure in place... It is to make ownership, decision rights, controls & evidence visible enough that managers can see whether the function is operating as intended & intervene when it starts to drift.
What must be true before the RTO formally confirms a learner's achievement?
Examine where responsibilities sit, what controls should operate, what information management should be able to see & which exceptions or indicators should trigger review, escalation or corrective action.
