RTO MANAGER SERIES 2027 | OPERATIONS | WORKSHOP 21 OF 30

Make sure what you promise matches what the RTO can deliver

Align recruitment, marketing & sales activity with the program the RTO can actually deliver.

Marketing shapes learner expectations & creates consumer, reputational & operational risk before enrolment begins. The management challenge is not simply to have a policy, form or procedure in place... It is to make ownership, decision rights, controls & evidence visible enough that managers can see whether the function is operating as intended & intervene when it starts to drift.

Can we substantiate what we are promising & does the promise match actual delivery?

Examine where responsibilities sit, what controls should operate, what information management should be able to see & which exceptions or indicators should trigger review, escalation or corrective action.
