Version 6.11 extends the Legal Register with current VRQA & WA TAC obligations, future VRQA requirements from 1 January 2027, & conditional non-legislative ISO 21001:2025 & ISO/IEC 27001:2022 references. Retains provider applicability & assessment fields. Historical Changes tracked editions restored; current clean resources & versions unchanged.

Version 6.10 updates the Legal Register for the TasVET Supplier Program & Skills Tasmania Grant Agreement and Standard Conditions Manual (September 2026), including applicability, responsibilities, deadlines & evidence. National visa-study & ESOS exempt-course requirements include a direct link to the official exemptions list. Also records TTAC Policies (July 2026) obligations for contract entry, plans, workplace supervision, completion, amendments & conditional group training organisation requirements.

Version 6.9 updates the Legal Register, including its copy in Management Registers, to capture ongoing education agent commission reporting under section 21B of the ESOS Act. Records responsible roles, monitoring of Department & PRISMS notices, action on each collection request & deadline, reconciliation, approval, submission & evidence requirements.

Version 6.8 adds a populated example Legal Register, including product citation traceability, jurisdictional funding references & provider assessment fields, both as an individual register & within Management Registers. The Risk and Opportunity Registers link risk reviews to their supporting records.
