The Internal Audit Tool - AI Adoption integrates concise competence, independence & evidence checks into its existing audit plan, retaining the original sampling approach. Historical Changes tracked editions restored; current clean resources & versions unchanged.

Version 1.4 adds OAIC APP 1.7–1.9 Transparency Obligation guidance for applicable computer-supported decisions from 10 December 2026, including the Fact Sheet, Flowchart & Supplement for Australian Government agencies.
