Strategic Governance & Quality Leadership – Conflicts of Interest, Third Parties & Financial Viability - Compliance Coaching Program
Activity

Manage governance risks & lead a quality culture
This unit goes deep into three of the most complex governance obligations facing RTOs: managing conflicts of interest, overseeing third-party arrangements, & monitoring financial viability. You will cover disclosure & management of conflicts, the written agreement, monitoring & student notification requirements for third-party arrangements, & the Financial Viability Risk Assessment Requirements. You will also use the Compliance Risk Register at a leadership level to prioritise & lead risk mitigation across your RTO.
By the end of this unit, you will be able to manage the governance areas where failures most frequently occur, & lead a quality culture built on communication, accountability & informed decision-making.
