Turn training package requirements into resources that deliver

This unit connects training package requirements to the resources that deliver them. You will learn how to navigate training packages on training.gov.au, interpret units of competency (elements, performance criteria, foundation skills and assessment conditions), and design compliant learning resources that map accurately to unit requirements. You will also cover supporting diverse learners through Universal Design for Learning and reasonable adjustments, and integrating technology such as eLearning and SCORM into engaging, compliant delivery.

By the end of this unit, you will be able to interpret what a training product requires and design resources that meet national standards and industry needs while remaining accessible and effective for every learner.

Assessment

Each course in the RTO Compliance Coaching Program is assessed through a short online knowledge quiz and a practical, workplace-based assignment. Assessments are designed to be applied directly to your own RTO context, so what you complete for assessment purposes also becomes a usable output for your compliance systems. All assessments are hosted and completed within the online learning platform.
