Managing Training Services - RTO Manager Series
Activity
RTO MANAGER SERIES 2027 | OPERATIONS | WORKSHOP 23 OF 30
Know whether the training you planned is the training learners are receiving
Manage the actual delivery of the approved training program & keep delivery aligned with the design, resources & learner needs.
Even a sound program can drift through scheduling, staffing, local decisions & day-to-day delivery pressures. The management challenge is not simply to have a policy, form or procedure in place... It is to make ownership, decision rights, controls & evidence visible enough that managers can see whether the function is operating as intended & intervene when it starts to drift.
Are learners receiving the training program that was designed, approved & resourced?
Examine where responsibilities sit, what controls should operate, what information management should be able to see & which exceptions or indicators should trigger review, escalation or corrective action.

Feedback from Phill's past sessions. The best part was...
Clarification of the types of evidence that are required to show that what should be done is actually completed and then reviewed
Not just the resources but the demonstration on how to use them while conducting internal audits - priceless
Using a case study to see how the audit scope relates to what has been provided by the provider
I found the course valuable, enhancing my online teaching skills. I look forward to applying these insights in my classes/training. Thank you for the opportunity
Every session I attend helps & makes myself a better trainer on being able to help and improve my delivery skills
