It moves beyond crisis-focused thinking to explore how wellbeing concerns often present subtly through changes in behaviour, engagement, communication, or performance.

- Recognise common and subtle indicators that a learner may be experiencing wellbeing challenges, including behavioural, engagement, and communication signals
- Understand your role and responsibilities when a wellbeing concern arises
- Understand when referral is appropriate, what referral pathways may look like in an RTO context, and how to refer learners respectfully and transparently
