Monitoring Engaging Delivery

Course
Purchase for $55.00 (AUD) incl. GST

Engaging delivery is not about personality or entertainment — it is a critical indicator of training quality, learner progression, and organisational risk. This online, self-paced module supports RTO managers to move beyond assumptions and actively monitor how training is delivered across all delivery modes.

Aligned to the 2025 Standards for RTOs, the module reframes engagement as a governance and capability issue. It explores what engaging delivery looks like in a vocational education context, the manager’s role in monitoring delivery, and how to identify meaningful indicators of learner participation, understanding, and progression.

Managers will examine how to monitor delivery effectively across face-to-face, online, blended, and self-paced environments, use learner feedback as evidence rather than reassurance, and take proportionate, supportive action when delivery practices are not effective. The focus is on building consistent, defensible systems that support trainer capability, protect learner outcomes, and strengthen continuous improvement.

This module is ideal for RTO managers responsible for training quality, trainer capability, and quality assurance, and supports a culture where engaging delivery is expected, monitored, and continuously improved.
