Set your Students up for Success by Mastering Brain-Friendly Delivery Skills & Ensuring every Training session Leaves a Lasting Impact

Welcome to our transformative webinar, "Setting Students Up for Success," meticulously crafted for trainers and educators aspiring to elevate their professional development. Break free from the common pitfall of learner overload, and ensure that students not only hear but truly experience the learning process. Discover the critical rule of Brain-Friendly Training that guarantees impactful and engaging delivery.

Key Principles for Success:

Multi-Sensory Engagement: Recognize that one style of presentation doesn't fit all. Embrace the truth that only about 8% of learners primarily engage through the auditory sense. Transform your training into a "Multi-Sensory" experience to maximize learning and knowledge recall.

Avoiding Learner Overload: Resist the temptation to dump extensive content within a limited timeframe. Instead, focus on creating an environment where learners actively absorb and file away knowledge for future use.

Neuro Pathway Creation: Learn techniques to ensure students don't just consume information but actively create new neuro pathways for learning.

Pattern Finding and Brain Connections: Understand the significance of pattern finding and fostering brain connections for a deeper understanding of content.

Immersive Learning: Embrace the key role of immersion in the learning process, moving beyond surface-level engagement.

Sensory Incorporation: Incorporate the senses into learning, recognizing their importance in memory formation and recall opportunities.

VAKT Emphasis: Utilize an emphasis on Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Tactile (VAKT) learning through a range of activities, tips, and strategies.

Smartphone and Media Integration: Explore additional ways to harness the potential of smartphones and media for enhanced learning experiences.

Discussion Groups and Chat Buddies: Organize discussion groups and highlight the importance of chat buddies in fostering collaborative learning environments.

Generating Interest and Energy: Learn strategies to generate interest and raise energy levels in the training room, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.

Whole Body Activities: Engage learners with whole-body activities that capture their attention and promote active participation.

Tactile Learner Consideration: Unpack the needs of tactile learners and understand why catering to them in classroom situations is crucial.

Training Delivery Mastery: Elevate your training delivery skills with techniques interwoven with engaging, brain-targeted focus.
