The registers have been aligned to Standards for RTOs 2015 compliance requirements and also aligned to ISO 10002:2014 Quality management — Customer satisfaction — Guidelines for complaints handling in organisations.
Inbuilt drop down lists ensure compliance information is consistently applied and allows for ease of future data sorting and analysis.
