The Complaints & Appeals Records (Version 1.0) have been developed, as a time saving template, to support RTO permission and records requirements.
The records have been aligned to Standards for RTOs 2015 compliance requirements and also aligned to ISO 10002:2014 Quality management — Customer satisfaction — Guidelines for complaints handling in organisations.
The resource is provided in MS Word format and has also been aligned to the vetr Management Registers resource for tracking of all records as they occur.
