Developing Online & Blended Courseware
Roles, functions & skills of a development team
Developing online and blended courses draws on project management skills as you juggle all the people and parts that need to come together. This careful balance of planning and cooperation are essential to the end-to-end development and clean processes needed to get the project launched on time and on budget. From assessment, through curriculum and digital development, having the right people with the right skills is imperative.
This webinar, led by blended training expert, Sarah Phillips, will explore the ins and outs of all facets of learning design as we identify the steps involved to create engaging and relevant learning for students across a range of industries. You’ll see samples of template structures and project timelines to gain an understanding of what is involved when playing a role or managing a courseware development project.
