Presenter
Samantha Holtham - Founder, RTO Rite
For over thirty years, I've worked at the edges of how people learn and how organisations stay accountable — from family centres in London supporting young children at risk, to mainstream classrooms, education support, training and assessing Australian Nationally Recognised Training from the CHC, BSB and TAE packages, to the RTO compliance work I do today.
Every industry and government department I have worked for has had legislative and regulatory standards to adhere to.
Now I'm the person trainers and providers call when an audit looms. I've prepared, defended, or supported RTOs through more than forty audits with ASQA and TAC WA, guided eight organisations through initial registration, and built a portfolio of more than twenty RTOs across Australia — each one supported with genuine care, not box-ticking.
What I love is the turnaround: watching a client move from compliance despair to delight, breaking the broken loops and fixing the root cause, not the symptom.
That's the whole point. Care, due diligence and guidance that gets results — and witnessing that shift never gets old.
