Conflict of Interest & Whistleblowing - Internal Audit Series
Course
Independence, integrity & safe escalation
Conflict of interest and whistleblowing arrangements are not policy artefacts. Regulators assess whether risks to independence are identified, disclosed, managed and acted on, and whether people can raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
This session audits how the organisation identifies conflicts, manages competing interests and enables safe internal reporting before issues escalate externally.

About the Internal Audit Series
Systematic monitoring & evaluation anchored by internal audit.
Under the 2025 SRTO, regulators expect providers to demonstrate active, systematic monitoring & evaluation. Internal audit forms the backbone of assurance. This is now the #1 area of non-compliance identified by ASQA.
The Internal Audit Series is a 12-month, structured internal audit program delivering practical, facilitated audits across all core VET operating functions.
