Sukh Sandhu
Sukh Sandhu is an award-winning leader and one of the most influential figures in the Australian vocational education and training sector, with over 30 years of distinguished experience. Renowned for his visionary leadership and entrepreneurial drive, Sukh has played a pivotal role in shaping compliance, quality assurance, and risk management standards across the industry. As Managing Director of RTO Training and Consulting Group and a driving force behind Career Calling International and CAQA, he has guided organisations to achieve and sustain the highest benchmarks of excellence, innovation, and regulatory compliance. Sukh’s expertise is underpinned by an exceptional academic and professional background, including a Master of Laws, three MBAs, three master’s degrees in IT and systems, Master of Project Management, Graduate Diploma of Management Learning, Diplomas in Training Design and Development, Vocational Education and Training, Work Health and Safety, and Quality Auditing, as well as Advanced Diplomas in Management, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
He is currently completing the final stages of his Doctorate from Golden Gate University, California. He is the editor of Australia’s most popular vocational education and training magazine, The VET Sector, and has been recognised as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (FAITD), reflecting his significant contributions to the profession.
