Handle resistance, defuse conflict & gain leadership buy-in with confidence

Presenting evidence-based findings to senior leadership can be one of the most challenging moments in any role. Data and

recommendations don’t always speak for themselves. Leaders may feel threatened, challenged or simply resistant to change. How you communicate can mean the difference between being dismissed and gaining lasting support.

In this workshop recorded in October 2025 we explore the drivers of resistance and objections in leadership settings. Communicate evidence in a way that avoids “triggering” negative reactions. Handle conflict constructively while keeping discussions focused on solutions. Build trust, credibility and buy-in to turn pushback into partnership.
