Participants will learn to identify learner support needs, apply reasonable adjustments while maintaining assessment integrity, and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements. Key principles such as fairness, flexibility, validity, and reliability are contextualised through real-life examples.

The session also covers pre-training reviews, and strategies for accessible teaching and assessment.

Sharon has worked in teaching and leadership positions in the training and education sector for nearly 30 years. Sharon has managed internal and external audits for several large RTOs inclusive of re-registrations for all three sectors: Higher Education, VET and Senior Secondary. Sharon has also developed and implemented academic quality assurance and governance frameworks and is passionate about the quality of the student experience.
