How to Create Effective Session Plans: Improve Compliance & Training Consistency
Course
Design compliant, structured & engaging session plans
Do your trainers consistently deliver training aligned to units of competency? Are session plans documented, structured, and standardised across your RTO? This webinar provides a practical methodology to improve the quality and consistency of session plans and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
What will you learn
This hands-on webinar introduces a clear framework to create effective session plans that support both compliance and educational quality. You’ll explore how session planning supports delivery that is structured, paced appropriately, and aligned to the training product (Standard 1.1 of the Outcome Standards for RTOs). We’ll unpack the connection between session plans and regulatory requirements, and show how structured delivery improves learner engagement and outcomes.
You’ll also learn how to design session plans that are consistent across trainers and flexible enough to meet the needs of different learner cohorts. Templates and tools will be provided for immediate application in your RTO’s practices.
