Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), is the formal acknowledgment of a person's current skills and knowledge, no matter how, when or where the learning occurred. However, the challenge for many RTO’s is how to best capture and measure this proof of current competency. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn how to best read a unit of competency and identify ways to collect evidence to support the claim of competency that is both audit and candidate friendly!
