Presenters
Lindee Conway
Lindee Conway is tirelessly curious about good learning and the processes which teachers use to plan, deliver and reflect on their work. Lindee’s first two decades of work in adult education was in foundational programs. To this she added a decade in Vocational Education. She has been a Foundation Skills Teacher a Teacher of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Manager, a Mentor, a Coach, and an Action Researcher into VET Education. She is a Fellow of the International Specialised Skills Institute and a member of the Australian Council of Adult Literacy and AVETRA.
Lindee devises, develops and delivers workshops that are focussed, thoughtful and inclusive of all views and skill levels. Mostly, her workshops are practical and supportive.
She respects and learns from all involved in vocational education, the learners the teachers, the leaders. One of her abiding interests is how to help busy educators save time in their preparation, in order to focus on the joy of in-class, or on-screen time. Lindee is a thoughtful, reflective and compassionate facilitator in any workshop and loves any discussion with adult educators.
