The Records Access or Update Request Form  has been developed, as a time saving template, to support RTO records management requirements. The form is primarily aligned to the requirements of:

• The Standards for RTO’s 2015; and
• Australian Privacy Principles (APP) requirements under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
