    Will Stubley - Co-Founder, Year13 & CEO YouthSense

    Will’s whole life has been about building things, from Lego blocks to carpentry to engineering, and things haven’t changed. Will’s the man behind the machinery. He’s the type of guy that looks at data, understands it, creates a funky info-graph and then explains it to you in a way that leaves you thinking “ahhh that makes sense!”

    Co-Founder of Year13, Australia's largest digital platform for high school leavers, Will Stubley is passionate about industry's role in the transition period from high-school. Utilising his engineering background, Will is responsible for client infrastructures, digital product development and strategy. In 2016 he directed the development of a strategy for the Australian Government's Department of Employment regarding effective communication with young people. He regularly speaks at events about youth employment issues, and in 2017 released the research paper 'After the ATAR: Understanding how Gen Z transition into further education and employment'.

    Will is the project lead in the Australian Governments Real Skills for Real Careers initiative focused on helping raise the profile of Vocational Education and Training. He is a CEO and key driver of YouthSense - a free insights community sponsored by Year13 dedicated to Youth Engagement.



    Phill Bevan - Community Advisor, vetr

    As an experienced advisor, Phill offers a wealth of practical understanding, knowledge and expertise across key business operating requirements. With real world application of all aspects of business, including strategic & business planning, marketing & development, technology implementation, risk management and WHS, Phill has demonstrated success in senior management roles across a range of business types and projects. As a qualified auditor, Phill has leveraged these skills in numerous enterprises to support issue identification and robust business improvement projects.

    Phill has held numerous directorships in corporate enterprises and not-for-profit organisations, and professional recognitions including as a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Certified Management Consultant with Exemplar Global. As a HRM, systems and technologies professional, Phill has extensive experience in a diverse range of industry areas in start-up, high growth and established companies across the small business, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Having established, grown and successfully exited a number of businesses, including a national BRW Fast 100 start-up, in recent years Phill has consulted on numerous national projects with well-known brands and ASX Top 100 companies, as well as providing support for local small business operators in all aspects of managing and growing their businesses.
