This workshop is designed for owners & senior managers of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) who seek to harness data-driven insights to enhance quality & compliance in their operations. Under the outcomes-based Revised Standards for RTOs due to come into effect in July 2025, data becomes even more important to demonstrate your RTO is achieving the intended outcomes of the Standards. This workshop will look at strategies to understand why data is important, what data is important and how to use it to measure and monitor your RTO’s success and quality.

Presenter
Shashi Hodge - CEO, Eduworks Co
Shashi brings over 20 years of experience in the VET sector. She began her career managing operations for a multi-jurisdictional RTO and later held various leadership roles within the industry. In 2009 Shashi co-founded RTO Advice Group (now Eduworks Co.). Since then, Shashi has worked with a wide range of RTOs, supporting them in their registration journeys, working with clients to improve systems, designing learning programs, supporting and preparing for audits, supporting growth, as well as conducting numerous audits for RTOs across the country. Shashi was also an auditor for the VRQA and ran a TAE-focused RTO for a number of years before it was sold.
A Certificate of Completion is issued on completion of live event activities.
