Webinar Bundle - Competency & Compliance

Bundle

2x live sessions in December refreshing thinking about compliance & demonstrating vocational competency!

It takes a bunch of different people to make up a successful RTO. And even though each department will typically comprise different personality types, with different viewpoints and different ways of doing things, everyone must aim toward achieving compliance.

The Standards for RTOs 2015 clearly outline what is required to train and assess others. When it comes to determining whether the requirements are met, not every trainer/assessor is going to fall neatly in the box. Join Guest Presenter Michelle Charlton to explore ways to think differently & map vocational competence and equivalence.
