I am an experienced and passionate Education manager, a compliance and quality manager, a curiculum &LLN Specialist, and a TESOL expert with a demonstrated history of working in the Adult Language and Literacy Education and Foundation skills; VET sector and Higher Education both overseas and Australia.

I have developed strong leadership and management skills, a capacity for strategic program development including the ability to affect change and the adoption of innovative practices, expertise in educational research, curriculum design and development, delivery, quality assurance, compliance and administration, a commitment to safety, and well-honed networking and negotiation skills to effectively form and manage high performing teams in foundation, vocational and tertiary educational contexts.

I am passionate about quality enhancement, innovation and utilising digital technology in Education.
