Overview

With over thirty years of experience across the education and training sector, I've built my career through roles as a senior training specialist, compliance manager, and consultant — work that has always centred on how people learn and how organisations stay accountable to regulatory standards.

Today I run RTO Rite, a VET compliance consultancy supporting Registered Training Organisations across Australia. I've prepared, defended, or supported RTOs through more than forty audits with ASQA and TAC WA, guided eight organisations through initial registration, and built a portfolio of more than twenty RTOs nationally.

What I love most is the turnaround: watching a client move from compliance despair to compliance delight, breaking the broken loops and fixing the root cause instead of the symptom. Care, due diligence and guidance that actually gets results — that shift never gets old, and it's why I do this work.

I'm genuinely energised by connecting with other VET professionals, sharing what's working (and what isn't) across the sector, and staying a "forever learner" myself — the regulatory landscape keeps moving, and I want to keep moving with it. I'm looking forward to bringing that curiosity and connection to professional development sessions and to meeting fellow practitioners at every level through this partnership.
